Although the use of air cooler is very large for them, and brings a lot of convenience to everyone, there are still a lot of areas that should be paid attention to in the application case. Because of its complex application scenarios (see industrial plants), we should carry out maintenance on time on the air cooler, to avoid some unexpected damage to the quality of the fan and harm the normal operation of the fan.
In fact, we only need to pay attention to the following aspects, so that the cooler can serve you more strongly:
1. If you only use a cooling fan with a power of 1.1KW, it can ensure a reasonable cooling of 100 square meters. If beyond this total area, the actual cooling effect may not be ideal, but also easy to cause overuse of machinery, resulting in destruction.
2. Before using the air cooler, check whether there are scraps of paper, dust and other dirt in the wet curtain and the chassis of the car, which must be cleaned 2-3 times a year. The water in the chassis of the car should be drinking water or clean water.
3. Fan is equivalent to the cardiovascular of evaporative air cooler. If abnormal, should immediately cut off the power supply, and immediately contact welders to carry out maintenance. When assembling, we need to pay attention to the wire joint. When assembling and disassembling the centrifugal impeller, the posture should be light to prevent the impeller deformation from hitting the shell. If the centrifugal impeller deformation, the back will lead to the vibration of the machine.
4. If the air cooler float switch is not operated properly and there is little water or overflow and seepage in the pool, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.
5. Once it is found that the wet curtain soaking is not enough or the water flow is not uniform, this time to check whether the water storage tank is short of water, the pump is not working properly, the water supply pipe and pump socket is not blocked, the floor heating water distributor is not located in the middle of the wet curtain. If the water level is too low, it is very easy to burn the machine.
6. When maintaining the air cooler, it is necessary to cut off the power and carry out maintenance after cutting off the power for a period of time. Because long-term use will produce static electricity, the static induction is not easy to disappear immediately after the power failure.
