Ningbo chiller-how should the negative pressure fan prevent wear?

There are many types of damage to negative pressure fans, but the most classic is the wear of fans, and this form of fan damage is as dangerous as a time bomb. There are many forms of negative pressure fan wear. If anti-wear measures are taken, they must be targeted Different forms of wear are used to prevent wear:

   1. Use a high-efficiency dust removal device. Keep the fan in the purified airflow to reduce wear.

   2. Spray wear-resistant coating on the surface. This method is simple in operation and low in cost, but the coating wears quickly, and it is used for about 3 to 5 months at a time.

   3. Treat the surface of the blade. The surface of the blade can be treated by carburizing, plasma surfacing, spraying cemented carbide, and pasting ceramic sheets.

   4. Improve the blade structure. There are a total of methods for processing the blade working surface into a sawtooth shape, changing the hollow blade into a solid blade, and welding the blade with anti-wear blocks. These can reduce the wear of the impeller to a certain extent.

   5. Front anti-wear cascade. After the anti-wear cascade is installed in the most wearable place, it can prevent the particles from flowing to the rear disc and the root of the blade, thereby transforming the concentrated wear of the particles into uniform wear, improving the wear resistance of the impeller and extending the service life of the fan.

   6. Improve pneumatic design. Reasonably select the shape of the air inlet of the fan. The design should ensure the minimum relative speed of the impeller, reduce the number of fan rotations as much as possible, and select the appropriate shape of the impeller flow path, so that the radius of curvature of the blade from the inlet to the outlet increases from small to large. Reduce the chance of collision between solid particles and blades.

How should the negative pressure fan prevent wear?

The common advantage of these methods is to increase the hardness of the blade surface, thereby improving the wear resistance of the blade to a certain extent, but each method has its own shortcomings. The carburizing process is very difficult. In actual carburizing, the location and thickness of the carburized layer should be determined by the blade thickness and wear and the carburizing process; the blade deforms greatly during surfacing, and repeated welding will cause cracks on the leaf surface, which is easy to produce Accident; the thickness of the coating is difficult to determine when spraying; the effect of pasting the ceramic sheet is better, but the price is high.
