How to check the air cooler when it is turned on

1 check whether the cold air power source is separately connected from the distribution box, whether the voltage and frequency are consistent, must not be connected to other electrical equipment on the cold air power source;

2. Check whether the cold air power source line is connected clearly, and whether the air switch or leakage protection switch works normally;

3. Check whether the power connection between the power supply and the main control box of the air cooler is loose, and each phase line should be correctly connected to the interface of the air conditioner;

4. Check whether the water source is normal and whether it is blocked;

5 check whether the water level in the water plate is normal (normal water level 8O-100 scale), floating ball valve or solenoid valve is not blocked, whether the work is not sensitive;

6. Check whether the water inlet distributor and water inlet hose joint is loose and aging;

7. Check whether the air duct is correctly buckled on the rack to prevent the air blade from sticking to the wall of the air duct due to the warping of the air duct;

8 check whether the drainage valve is sensitive, whether the sealing rubber ring is aging or blocked by dirt;

9. Check whether the water pump rotating shaft is corroded and stuck;

10 Check whether the water inlet hose is aged or cracked.
11 Clean the debris from the fan chassis. If the air cooler is equipped with a floating ball valve, check whether the filter screen with a beveled profile is installed on the floating ball valve side;
12 Check whether the air cooler water pump and fan are in normal operation; For air conditioners with electric tuyere, check whether the motor of electric tuyere works normally.
