Air cooler is widely used in natural ventilation and temperature reduction in various fields. It is a ventilation equipment with water as the media, zero pollution and the freshest gas. The air cooler can reduce the temperature of the workshop to a comfortable temperature. It uses the basic principle of digestion and absorption of heat and humidity in the air when water evaporates to reduce the temperature of the gas. The effect is very good and the energy consumption is low. So what are the steps and common problems in the application of air cooler?

1. The application procedure of the air cooler: when the temperature is high and the temperature in the workshop must be reduced, open the air leakage switch and press the "cooling" button immediately, and there will be a one-minute delay (when the centrifugal pump cools the water curtain and seeps water), which is normal. The unit will return to normal operation in one minute. When the temperature is low, press the "exhaust" button at the same time to send fresh air into the room to carry out ventilation work.

2, cold wind machine: press the "stop" button, the equipment timely shutdown (such as long-term use, turn off the gas switching power circuit).

3. The two layers of filter screen connected to the air cooler should be cleaned once a month to 2 months according to the external natural environment, in order to prevent the blockage of the air supply from harming the service life of the motor.

4. The "clean" key of the air cooler is used to clean the car chassis and remove and replace fresh water. Super glue and fishy smells may occur when new apps are being used. Wash them daily for the first week to half a month. It is usually cleaned every 2-3 days. In actual operation, press and hold the "Clean" button, and the server enters the cleaning condition (automatic drainage pipe and water seepage). After three minutes, the server will turn off the drainage pipe and enter the standby state.

5, air cooler water resources should be open for a long time, and there is more than 1.5Kg/cm2 water pressure. When the unit operates, if there is no actual cooling effect, first check whether there is little water (the light is on), and then check whether there is water stored in the inlet, whether the tap water tap is turned off, and the water pressure is not enough.

6. The air conditioner evaporator needs to be cleaned once the air conditioner unit operates for more than one year. The water pressure should not be too high when cleaning, so as to prevent the damage to the air conditioner evaporator and reduce the service life of the air conditioner.
