In normal operation, the surface of the evaporating coil of the air cooler should be evenly frosted. If uneven frosting is found, the liquid supply is abnormal. It should be adjusted, and the liquid supply valve should be properly enlarged to increase the liquid supply. If the frost layer is too thick, it will make the fin gap of evaporation coil blocked by the frost layer, hinder air circulation, reduce the heat transfer efficiency, and make it difficult to cool the cold room. So frost is too thick should be timely frost. The air cooler in the freezing room should be defrosted regularly.
When the air cooler is shut down, the liquid supply valve should be closed first to stop the liquid supply to the evaporating coil of the air cooler. After the pressure of the evaporating coil drops, the return valve should be closed to cut off the power supply of the fan motor and stop the operation of the air cooler.

(2) Operation of cooling pipe row. The cooling exhaust pipe is the evaporator with natural convection of air, and the liquid supply operation procedure is basically the same as the cooling fan except for the operation of no fan. When the cooling exhaust pipe is running, first open the return valve and then slowly open the liquid supply valve to supply liquid to the cooling exhaust pipe.

When the cooling exhaust pipe works normally, the surface of the exhaust pipe should be frosted evenly, and the amount of liquid supply can be judged according to the frosting situation. Too much liquid supply may cause wet stroke of the compressor, and too little liquid supply will not frost all the surface of the exhaust pipe, affecting the cooling of the cold room. Therefore, the opening degree of the liquid supply valve should be adjusted regularly according to the actual situation. When the cooling pipe is too thick, it should be defrosted in time to avoid affecting the heat transfer.
When the air cooler is in long distance transportation or long time transportation, we should take some good protective measures to avoid damage to the equipment in the transportation process. First of all, we should do the corresponding protection on the outer packaging of the air cooler, and then the air cooler should be placed vertically to avoid being weighed down, collision, and should be moved gently when handling. Again before the installation and operation of the air cooler, we should check the body: the place of the bearing should be more appropriate to put a little more lubricating oil; On the fuselage of the blades, blinds and other dust on the engine room to clean and wipe, when the cooling fan stops working, can not use external force to open the shutter. This is to prevent the shutter tightness from being damaged.
