    Reasonably adjust the operating parameters of the cooler. The evaporation temperature should generally be 8 ° C to 10 ° C lower than the temperature of the warehouse, and the condensation temperature should generally be 3 ° C to 5 ° C higher than the temperature of the cooling medium. Calculate the cooling capacity of the compressor based on the heat load, evaporation temperature and condensation temperature, and determine the number of compressors to be put into operation. In actual operation, it is generally determined according to the absolute pressure ratio whether to adopt single-stage compression or double-stage compression. Absolute pressure ratio ≥8, using two-stage compression; absolute pressure ratio <8, using single-stage compression.

    Reasonably adjust the intermediate pressure and intermediate temperature. The intermediate pressure and intermediate temperature are related to the condensation temperature, the evaporation temperature, and the volume ratio of the high and low pressure machines. It is worth noting that, in actual operation, the normal liquid level of the intercooler must be maintained. This is not only conducive to reducing the exhaust temperature of the high-pressure machine and preventing the formation of carbon deposits, but also to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant liquid in front of the throttle valve, increase the unit cooling capacity and increase the refrigeration coefficient.

    In the ammonia refrigeration system, the liquid recooling temperature before the throttle valve is generally 5 ° C to 7 ° C higher than the intermediate temperature. The suction temperature of low-pressure machines and single-stage compressors should be 5 ° C to 15 ° C higher than the evaporation temperature.


    The condensing pressure should be compatible with the condensing temperature. If the condensing pressure is too high, check whether the relevant valves of the high-pressure system are open, discharge air and oil, increase the amount of cooling water and cooling air, reduce the cooling water temperature, reduce the heat load, and reasonably configure the condenser.

    The evaporation pressure should be compatible with the evaporation temperature. For air-conditioning systems and medium-temperature and medium-pressure refrigeration systems, the evaporation pressure is generally higher than atmospheric pressure, which helps prevent air from entering the refrigeration system. For places where low temperature is required, a multi-stage compression refrigerator, a cryogenic refrigerator, or a low-temperature refrigeration device can be selected according to the actual situation.

    Pumps and fans used in refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC projects should be controlled by frequency conversion and PLC new technologies. This is conducive to achieving automatic control of the system, saving energy and reducing operating costs. This advanced control technology is used more in small household air conditioners and commercial air conditioners, and it is slower to promote in large refrigeration and air conditioning projects and heating projects due to the larger equipment investment.
