    Step 1: Disconnect the main power supply of the negative pressure fan, remove the wiring on the fan switch, and ensure that the negative pressure fan motor and the machine body are not energized. Do not replace the belt while the power is on.

    The second step is to use a screwdriver to loosen the protective net fixed on the air inlet of the negative pressure fan. Generally, this net is oriented to people standing indoors. Remove the protective net completely and set it aside. Do not hinder belt replacement.

    The third step is to find the screw that fixes the motor on the panel of the negative pressure fan, and loosen the fixing screw with a wrench, so that the motor can slide left and right on the track freely.

    The fourth step is to remove the worn belts in the reverse direction of the fan blade rotation, and slowly remove the belt from the gap between the fan blades by turning the fan blades. Be careful not to scratch your hands while rotating the fan blades.

    Step 5: Take out the new belt and rotate the fan blades into the large pulley from the gap between the fan blades.

    The sixth step is to adjust the fixed position of the motor on the track according to the tightness of the belt, tighten the screws of the fixed track on the motor with a wrench, and put the other end of the belt into the pulley of the motor.

    Step 7. Install the safety net removed in the previous step and use a screwdriver to install it back.

    Step 8. Reconnect the power supply and the circuit on the motor according to the requirements of the negative pressure fan. Use an electric pen or multimeter to test whether the circuit is normal. If normal, you can power on and use it.
