The cooling principle of the air cooler is: when the centrifugal fan enters the cavity during operation, it causes negative pressure, which makes the host air pass through the surface of the wet curtain with porous structure to drive the Dry-bulb temperature of the air passing the curtain down to the humidity close to the host air, that is, the Dry-bulb temperature at the outlet of the air cooler is 5-12 ℃ lower than the outdoor Dry-bulb temperature (the air drying area can reach 15 ℃). The more dry the air is, the greater the temperature difference is, and the better the cooling effect is.
The air conditioner is equipped with honeycomb shaped wet curtains made of special fibers around it, which have a certain area and are continuously humidified according to the water circulation system; The wet curtain cooling fan is equipped with a high-efficiency, low-noise, and energy-saving fan. When the centrifugal fan is running, the negative pressure generated by the wet curtain cooling fan causes the host air to flow through the porous structure of the wet curtain and enter the body. The heat absorbed by the moisture evaporation on the wet curtain drives the air passing through the wet curtain to cool down. And because the water in the wet curtain evaporates towards the air flowing through it, increasing the environmental humidity of the air, the wet curtain air cooler has multiple functions of cooling and humidification.
