How does the refrigeration system of an air-cooled cabinet cooler work?

The condenser is arranged outdoors, and the air conditioner that uses the outdoor air to cool the condenser is called an air-cooled cabinet type chiller. It is divided into two parts, an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, which are connected by refrigerant pipes and wires. For air-cooled chillers that are purely split-type air conditioners, there are compressors, condensers and fans in the outdoor unit. The main operating equipment is outdoors. The indoor unit has only evaporators and low-noise fans. Easy to install and so on. Another type of chiller is a "away-type condenser" structure. In the outdoor unit, there are only condensers and fans. The main purpose is to remove heat from the outdoor unit, and the compressor is still installed in the indoor unit.
The air-cooled cabinet type air cooler is mainly composed of a compressor, a condenser, a drying filter, an expansion valve (or a capillary tube), an evaporator, an air filter, an indoor and outdoor fan, and the like. The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator after being throttled by the expansion valve, where it evaporates and absorbs the heat of the cooled air, and then is sucked by the compressor through the return pipe, compressed into high temperature and high pressure superheated steam, and then enters the condenser and is taken outdoors. The air is cooled, the latent heat of vaporization is released and condensed into a high-pressure liquid, which is sent to the expansion valve through the drying filter and then to the next cycle. This continuous circulation will cool the room and maintain it at the proper air conditioning temperature.
The object to be cooled in the air cooler is indoor air. It is first sucked by the fan through the filter screen, sent to the evaporator for cooling and dehumidification, and then sent into the room to mix with the indoor air to reduce the indoor temperature. Due to the closed circulation of indoor air, indoor carbon dioxide will continue to increase, making indoors feel uncomfortable. To this end, a fan should be installed to draw in fresh air from the outside to reduce the indoor carbon dioxide content. The most common type of ventilation is about 5% of the air volume of the chiller. Or it is equipped with an exhaust fan, the effect is the same. When the three-phase power supply of the ventilated cooling chiller is connected, the compressor starts to run, and the indoor and outdoor fans also operate at the same time. The compressor and fan work under the protection of the thermal relay. In case of overload, the thermal relay contacts act and automatically cut off the circuit. The pressure relay also protects the compressor from overpressure. The indoor temperature is controlled by the temperature controller WJ-WJ35. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it can be stopped automatically. When the indoor temperature rises, the thermostat automatically turns on the circuit, the cooling fan resumes operation, and the cooling continues.
