(3) Reduce the speed of industrial air cooler properly under possible conditions. So reducing the speed can reduce the noise.
(4) The noise level of the inlet and outlet of industrial air-cooler is that of ventilation and air pressure increased. Therefore, when designing the ventilation system, the pressure loss of the system should be minimized. When the total volume and pressure loss of the ventilation system are large, it can be divided into small systems.
(5) The velocity of air flow in the pipeline should not be too high, so as not to cause regenerative noise. The determination of airflow velocity in pipeline should be selected according to different requirements and relevant regulations.
(6) Pay attention to the driving mode of industrial air cooler and motor. The noise of industrial air cooler with direct drive is the lowest, followed by coupling, and slightly worse with triangular belt without joint. Low noise motor should be used in industrial air cooler.
