1. When the temperature is high and the workshop needs to cool down, turn on the air switch and press the “cooling” button directly. It will start for one minute (the pump will feed the wet curtain), which is normal. After one minute, the unit will enter normal operation. 3. The external double-layer filter of the industrial chiller machine should be cleaned once a month to two months depending on the external environment, so as to avoid the blockage of the incoming air and affect the life of the motor.

  

4, industrial cooling fan "clean" button is used to clean the chassis and replace fresh water. When the new machine is used, it may have a glue smell and a fishy smell. It should be cleaned once a day from the previous week to half a month. Wash once every 2-3 days under normal conditions. Press the “Cleaning” button during operation, the main unit enters the cleaning state (automatic drainage and water inlet), and after three minutes, the drainage will automatically shut down and enter the standby state.

5. The water source of the industrial cooling fan should be in the open state for a long time, and it is required to have a water pressure greater than 1.5Kg/cm2. If there is no cooling effect when the unit is running, first check if there is water shortage (the indicator light is on), then check if there is water in the inlet pipe, whether the faucet is closed or not, and the water pressure is insufficient.

  

6. The industrial chiller unit is operated for more than one year. The evaporator needs to be cleaned once. The water pressure during cleaning should not be too high, so as not to damage the evaporator and reduce the service life of the air conditioner.
