How to solve the noise problem of negative pressure fan

The negative pressure fan, because of its low investment, low energy consumption, and significant cooling effect, can reduce the temperature to about 28 degrees, which is consistent with the human body temperature. If the water from the well is used as the source of the water tank, the effect will be better, which can compare to the effect of air conditioning. Therefore, it is very popular among business friends, but if it is used a little longer, the noise will become louder and louder. So how to solve the problem of large noise of the negative pressure fan?
        Reason 1: When the negative pressure fan is installed, the contact with the window frame is too tight, which causes resonance of the window frame when the negative pressure fan is running.
        Solution: appropriately reduce the stuffing between the window frame and the water and air conditioner, and apply a softer material to stuff. If the bottom of the installation is not stable, the bottom should be padded and placed in a stable and firm manner.
        Reason 2: The negative pressure fan is not properly installed. The negative pressure fan should be installed in a suspended state, and the spring of the foot bolt cannot be crushed.
        Solution: Ask the maintenance personnel to adjust the installation state of the negative pressure fan to make it suspended.
        Reason 3: The vibration damping pad or fixing screw of the negative pressure fan base is screwed too tightly, and the vibration absorbing effect is lost, and vibration sound will be produced during operation.
        Solution: Adjust the screw tightness of the vibration absorbing pad of the negative pressure fan base to make the base surface level.
        Reason 4: The power supply voltage is too low, and abnormal noise and vibration are produced when the negative pressure fan starts or runs.
        Solution: Control the power supply voltage within the rated voltage range. A voltage stabilizer or a power supply regulator can usually be used to stabilize the voltage.
        Reason 5: The fan blades of the negative pressure fan collide with the fan housing (cover).
        Solution: Adjust the fan blades. Reason 6: The bearing of the fan motor of the negative pressure fan is bad, the screws on the base of the axial fan are loose, the fan blade is not fastened on the shaft, and the gap between the top of the fan blade and the cover is too small.
        Solution: Replace the bearing of the negative pressure fan motor and tighten the screws on the base and shaft of the axial fan. Adjust the distance between the tip of the blade and the cover according to the production technology requirements, generally not more than 1.5% of the length of the blade.
        Reason 7: The base screw of the negative pressure fan is loose, impeller assembly is not good, the speed is too fast, the fixing screw on the shaft is loose, etc.
        Solution: Fasten the screws on the fan base and shaft of the negative pressure fan. Reassemble and adjust impeller clearance according to technical requirements
