When the air cooler is in normal operation, it is usually used with drinking water. For a long time, it is easy to appear that the key parts of the wet curtain and the water in the chamber have a lot of dirt in drinking water, water residual and the machine itself damaged residue. In order to ensure the actual effect of ventilation and cooling of the air cooler, the following aspects about the correct maintenance of the industrial water cooler can be referred to by everyone.

1. When the air cooler stops using, clean the frost layer and ice block in the finned tube radiator with clean cold water, discharge the water in the inflow tray, and then change the axial flow fan to dry the water;

2. When cleaning the cold air machine, first pull out the power cord plug, loosen the screw, take out the back cover, and then wipe the filter screen and wet curtain neatly with a wet rag. Pay attention to not wetting other components when wiping, so as to prevent corrosion of components;

3. The fan of the air cooler should be placed horizontally, and the area placed should be far away from fire or flammable materials to prevent the machine from being burned down without cause;

4. When the air cooler is used, check whether there is dust and other obstacles in the inlet vent. If there is any obstacle, wipe it with a dry rag and use it again.

5. The cold air machine should be cleaned frequently to avoid the blockage of the antipollution filter net or volatile hole. If the air cooler is used for a long time but is cleaned regularly, it will also lead to the continuous deposition of the machine basin dirt, leading to common faults of the machine, which will seriously affect the application and reduce its service life
