Inspect the air cooler before starting up

2. Check whether the ground wire of the cold air generator is connected clearly and whether the air leakage switch or leakage protection circuit breaker is working properly;

3. Check whether the power connector of the main control chip box of the power supply and air cooler is loose, and the neutral wire of each live wire should be scientifically connected to the air conditioning connector of the all-in-one machine;

4. Check whether water seepage is normal and there are prefabricated components;

5. Check whether the water level line in the water tray is normal (the normal water level line is 80-100 ruler), whether the float ball valve or relay has prefabricated components, and whether it fails during work; 6. Check whether the joints between the water seepage distributor and the water inlet hose are loose and aging;

7. Check whether the air blower is properly fastened on the sound card frame to prevent the fan blade from getting stuck on the wall of the air blower cylinder due to the rising edge of the air blower;

8. Check whether the discharge valve is dexterous in work and whether the sealing rubber ring is aging or blocked by waste;

9 Check whether the pump drive shaft is rusty card shaft;

10 Check whether the water inlet hose is aging and cracked;

11. Clean the dirt of the air cooler chassis; If the air cooler is equipped with a float ball valve, check whether the filter screen containing an oblique section is installed on the float ball valve - side;

12 Check whether the air cooler water pump and centrifugal fan are running normally; For all-in-one air conditioning with electric tuyere, it is necessary to check whether the motor of electric tuyere is working normally.
